Let’s make
your kind of rug.

Start with a new idea or choose a previous design. I’ll review your request and reply with a quote.

Before we get started

Deposit & balance

A 50% deposit is required after written quote and design approval. You may cancel for a full deposit refund within 48 hours after payment. After 48 hours, the deposit is nonrefundable for change-of-mind cancellation and custom orders are final, except for refunds or other remedies required by law, including qualifying defects, incorrect items, or shipping delays. The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping.

What to send

Send a clear reference image, approximate width and height, preferred shape and colors, intended use, and backing preference. Mention any lettering, desired changes, budget, and deadline. I’ll confirm any design simplifications with you before production.

Shipping & pickup

United States only. Local pickup or meetup in the Austin area is available. Shipping and local delivery are charged separately. For a delivery quote, include your city and postal code; no street address is needed yet.

Customers pay shipping costs. We ship within the United States using UPS and USPS. Ready-made rugs are handed to the selected carrier within 2–3 business days after payment, excluding weekends and carrier holidays. Custom-order timing is agreed separately. Before payment, we confirm the available shipping services and prices so you can choose your preferred option. Available carriers and services depend on the destination, packed size and weight, and mailing date; both carriers may not be available for every rug. Transit times begin after the selected carrier accepts the package and do not include preparation or custom production time. Next-day or two-day delivery is offered only when the carrier confirms that service for the shipment; any carrier guarantee is subject to that carrier's terms.

Timing

Each project has its own timeline. Share any deadline when you submit your request; completion dates are confirmed with your quote.

Deposit and cancellation guidance is subject to the Refund Policy and refunds required by law.

Submitting a request does not reserve a commission or charge a deposit.
